Questions
Before you book
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of customers leave the keys and go to work. We just need access to the car and somewhere to park the rig.
Do you need my water or power?
No. We carry our own generator and a Spotless deionized water system. Nothing plugs into your house and nothing runs off your hose.
How long does it take?
Express Exterior about an hour, Express Interior around 90 minutes, Prime Full Detail close to 3 hours. Executive is half a day. Correction and coating are full-day jobs.
Can you get pet hair out?
Yes. Tell us up front, because it changes the time and the price. There's a pet hair question in the booking form.
What if it's 110 degrees or windy?
We work in shade or your garage and go panel by panel so nothing dries early. If a dust storm rolls in we'll call and move it rather than rush the job.
Can I book same-day?
Often, yes. Book online and pick today if a slot is showing, or call and we'll tell you straight away. Friday through Sunday is booked out, and weekday mornings go first.
